1. Free (Freemium) Plan

  • The Freemium Plan is free forever and does not require any payment.
  • Since no charges are applied, refunds or cancellations do not apply to free accounts.

2. Paid Plans & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in INR (₹) or USD ($) depending on the customer’s selection.
  • Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the subscription fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@getfreecrm.com.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the Freemium Plan with limited features.

4. Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged more than once.
  2. Technical Issues – If the Service was completely unavailable to you for more than 7 consecutive days (not due to your network or system issues).
  3. Legal Requirement – If applicable laws mandate a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date by emailing support@getfreecrm.com.

5. Trial Periods & Discounts

  • If we offer a trial period or special discount, the applicable terms will be clearly stated at the time of signup.
  • Refunds will not be issued for promotional or trial-based charges unless required by law.

6. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, contact us immediately at support@getfreecrm.com.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to suspension of your account.
