  • We offer:
    • Freemium Plan: Free forever with limited features.
    • Paid Plans: Enhanced features and benefits, billed in INR (₹) or USD ($).

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in either INR (₹) or USD ($) depending on your choice.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Upload or share content that is abusive, obscene, or violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your CRM data.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Fail to pay subscription fees (for paid plans).
  • Engage in harmful or fraudulent activity.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • WebAnaya Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebAnaya Solutions, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra courts.
